What's the turnaround time for an order?

Most orders are completed within 4 to 7 business days, depending on quantity and method (embroidery and UV printing can take a bit longer). Need it faster? Ask us about rush options.

Do you offer design help if I don't have artwork?

Yes! Our team can help bring your idea to life, clean up existing artwork, or create something from scratch to make sure it prints perfectly.

What's the minimum order quantity?

It depends on the product and method — some items like coasters or DTF pieces have no minimum, while bulk techniques like screen printing usually require a small minimum of 10 for cost efficiency. Reach out and we'll walk you through it.

Which printing method is right for my project?

It depends on your design, fabric, and budget. DTF and screen printing are great for apparel, embroidery adds a premium finish, and UV/laser engraving work well for hard-surface items like drinkware and awards. We're happy to recommend the best fit.

Do you ship outside of Jacksonville?

Yes — while we're proud to serve Central and Northeast Florida locally, we can ship orders throughout the state and beyond.

Can I see a proof before my order goes into production?

Absolutely. We send a digital proof for approval on orders above 10 items before anything is printed, stitched, or engraved, so you know exactly what you're getting.
